Membership at the Institute of International Business Professionals Nigeria (IIBPN) is open to individuals and organisations committed to advancing their expertise and influence in the global business landscape. We welcome applications from international business practitioners, trade professionals, consultants, import and export brokers, entrepreneurs, and students who aspire to build a distinguished career and become globally recognised leaders in international business and cross-border trade.

Membership Grade and Cost
IIBPN has various membership grades available and charges an annual membership subscription to support the ongoing events and training of the Institute.
Membership grades and their corresponding annual subscription costs are provided below.

Doctoral Fellow (DFIIPAN)
The membership grade is for Ph.D holders who are members of IIBPN.

The membership grade is for Master Degree holders who are members of IIBPN.
Apply NowAssociate (AIIBPN)
This membership grade is designed for independent international business consultants, practitioners, and equivalent professionals with a minimum of five years of relevant industry experience. It is also open to graduates of any discipline who can demonstrate a strong commitment to contributing meaningfully to the field and practice of international business.
Graduates applying for this grade who do not meet up with the 5 years industry experience must take an assessment, candidates will be required to submit a 1,000-word reflective report, which will be evaluated by an appointed assessor. A satisfactory pass mark must be achieved before the grade can be awarded.
Assessment Fees & Payment Structure
Candidates in this category are required to pay the full membership fee of N75,500 only after successfully passing the assessment. However, a non-refundable commitment fee of N1,500 is required to initiate the evaluation process.
If corrections are identified by the assessor, candidates may resubmit their reflective report free of charge one more time, ensuring they have adequate opportunity to meet the required standard.
Graduate (GIIBPN)
A graduate of any discipline with NYSC/discharge certificate who has participated in any training/program of the institute. Serving corps members are also eligible to apply.

This grade is for individuals below a degree/HND qualifications who wish to venture into the profession of international business and trade.

This applies to anyone who has registered to take part in any of the approved IIBPN free program. At the moment, there are 3 free programs shown below:

- Agribusiness for Export Program
Corporate
This grade is only for corporate organisations who are wiling or already in partnership with IIBPN with the ultimate aim of promoting the aims and objectives of the institute.
