Continuing Professional Development (CPD) ensures that the international business education and practical qualifications obtained through the Institute of International Business Professionals Nigeria (IIBPN) remain current, relevant, and aligned with global industry standards. By engaging in CPD, members continually re-skill and up-skill, regardless of age or educational background, enabling them to stay informed about evolving trade regulations, market trends, and international business practices.

CPD is a core requirement for maintaining professional excellence within the Institute. All IIBPN members (excluding student members) are required to submit an annual CPD report demonstrating completion of at least 12 hours of approved learning activities. These activities may include:
